I`m 35, i live in a cold country called Finland. I hope bear doesn`t mean anything weird in other countries, here it just means that youre big and hairy and like berries and fish and meat and walking in the woods
I am a health care professional, got two kids. I do weight lifting so much i can, thats about 4-6 times a week. I do some aerobic training as well but not even close to as much i should. I like to say "close but nowhere near" referring to one of my favorite death metal bands (Swedish Entombed) when talking about cardio/aerobic training.
I registered here because i have for a long time felt like my test level is down and i need more info and feedback and opinions etc. My symptoms are:
- depression
- feel sometimes almost like a woman when with guys
- bad self-esteem
- feel small and weak
- not so many erections than when younger
- tired
- easilly irritated, nervous
- minimum muscle growth although lifting loads
- bad self-esteem with girlfriend
And thats enough for me. My doc says if a have a boner in the morning its ok. I say thats **llshit. A man in my age knows when test is low, i think. They dont do blood tests for me, and i dont want to go to a private doc just because my doc is stupid and ..a woman (i love and respect women but they dont understand the male body like guys..just like we guys dont understand wtf is going on in the female body).
I`ve been lifting regularly for years, eating loads of protein, sleeping, resting, reading. And the gains? Almost nothing. Just lifting experience and some more strength. Although im a health care pro, i dont really rely on much of the stuff we teach people. I listen to my own body and to guys who know their stuff at the gym.
So what did i do to make my life better? Oredered test prop from the internet. I got two sources and both seem to be good. Then i turned to Sustanon from same places. Goals? 1. To find out if my quality of life gets better with some more test. 2. To get back a bit of those wasted years at the gym by adding some muscle mass and for even a couple of summers look great at the beach.
So. This is my first "cycle", started it for almost two weeks ago. I dont feel a shit. Just a couple of new ..are they called zits? Acne? Just like 10, very small. Well today one bigger.
500 mg Sustanon per week in one shot on mondays.
0,5 mg Arimidex EOD for preventing gyno
Cycle is going to be 10 weeks. Then PCT:
50 mg Clomid ED for two weeks, then two weeks a bit less,like 25 ED?
How does this sound? I still have a few questions.
1. Because i`m quite sure i have low test, is it wise to run Sustanon around the year 250/week and then on muscle building cycle 500/week couple times a year?
2. Is my PCT ok? And gyno prevention?
3. What else is there i need to know? Do i do something wrong or am i on the right track? I lift properly and enough, that i know. I eat different kinds of proteins 200-300 grams/day. I try to do a little carbs now for 4-5-6 weeks to lose a bit of my belly. Little means 50-150 grams/day. I got like 8-12 kilograms of fat that has to go. I am 176 cm and 98 kilograms.
I dont do very much of other stuff, just No-Xplode sometimes, Animal Pak every day, sometimes Craze to shock my muscles with 2 hours of intensive lifting. Oh, and fish oil capsules. I dont do any dope or alcohol at all. I always try to be nice to other people and i mow my moms lawn and read bedtime stories for the kids, buy flowers for my gf and keep my home cleanSo i try to be a good guy.
A really, really appreciate all help and that you read ALL this!!! Sorry but its my first post, my first "cycle" and i need you who know your stuff.
