When making a new thread, scroll down to manage attachments (image attached) if replying to a thread click on advanced which is at the bottom right of the text box.
You can also just set up a flickr account and paste the BB code after you upload it. Like this

Well I was actually talking but the avatar pic but I also didnt now how to do those things either so thanks.
