Need some knowledge
How goes it all?!
I'm over weight and want the quickest way for a guy of my style and background to get back down to a healthier weight and changing my diet isn't fast enough for my patients I need help.

Work 5am-5pm mon-sat as a driver for good pay
I Was
215 in the marine corps running 3 miles a day...
I don't have the time or patience to run every morning with my job...
Any thing would help'

Welcome! most people here will say one thing...diet. It may suck but thats really what makes things happen. AAS is NOT the answer. Go to the nutrition forum and see what you can find, theres a LOT of knowledge there and they will help set you up for the best.

I've been using carb back loading to lose body fat. It has really been working well for me.
Most cutting diets utilize limiting carbs
Google search "carb back loading" and "carb night"
