    monster

    Yo dudes..basically came here looking into steroids - to get more information on them and how to use them safely or as safely as they can be used. Some quick stats on me..

    Been lifting seriously for 8 years (on and off though)
    27 years old
    When I'm not lifting I usually weigh 165 lbs
    When I'm lifting I'm usually around 180 lbs
    I'm just shy of 5'8"
    Not sure what my bodyfat is - I'm fairly atheltic but I haven't been doing much cardio
    I don't think I'm a hard gainer...but I do plateau. I notice when I force food down my throat though I see gains

    Anyways...here's my workout routine

    day 1 - chest
    day 2 - back
    day 3 - legs
    day 4 - shoulers
    day 5 - arms
    day 6 - rest
    repeat day 1

    Currently struggling to get over 180 lbs - I've been up to 185 before hoping to surpass that. I'm going to start some kind of fitness or diet thread here too.
