    whats upper

    whats upper name is big Elle was 688 pounds duodenal switch now 200 pounds working hard. Any suggestions on how to get in good shape?

    yes i got up to 688 pounds before my life reset it took heart complications for me to get it done. Kaiser in Cali aint really good. i will send a couple pics on next reply.
