    Hello New member still trying to keep in shape at 41

    Hello Everyone,

    I am a male newly 41 and yes I am now officially in my 40's. I have always been an athlete and try to stay active, but you how life gets in he way, so now in my 40's working out and to stay fit is just not that easy anymore!! I have recently stared my "rejunivation hormone thearpy", but I am not sure exactly working like I was hoping, so I hope to have the help and support on this forum to help meet my goal!!
