These are my chicken legs, advice appreciated.
Any advice on building these twigs up? i do do weighted calf raises but not too sure on how heavy to go how many reps etc... it's fair to say it may be genetics especially when it comes to my calves cause non of my brothers or dad have them either an mine are probably the biggest out of them all! that's saying something! so how can i get these as big as i possibly can!? I want the legs of Georges st Pierre.. haAttachment 142154Attachment 142155Attachment 142156

Of course calves are genetic - isn't everything genetic?
But they certainly be improved just like any other muscle group.
You've got to train them with heavy weights to coax some growth out of them.
Like always - proper training, nutrition, and rest.
