Just thought I'd introduce myself to this site. I've been lurking around for some time, looking at different threads and educating myself
I'm a 25 years old male from Scandinavia. Ive
been lifting sinde i was 16, so i know a lot about training and nutrition.
When I started out I primarily trained to support my running, as I was training for an marathon, which I completed![]()
I became really skinny, and only weighed about 127 lbs, ad I'm 6'1 .. So since i stopped running when I was about 18 I've been trying to put on some size.
My stats are currently
Age: 25
Height: 6'1
Body Weight: 196 lbs.
BF: 15%
Training exp: 9 years, but seriously for about 5 years
Cycle exp: 1 dbol only cycle, with nolvadex as PCT, went okay, but didn't gain much from it,
I'm here to learn and educate myself, I want to take my physique to a new level, and you guys can hopefully help me
