Older guy, new member
Hey everyone. Just signed up and getting ready to dive in and doing a lot of reading. I'm 41 and have been lifting for a couple years steady. I live in the Midwest of the US. Been really liking this 5x5 workout I started a handful of months back and have seen good gains. I found this site like most others and that is by trying to do some research on TRT.
Thanks to all of you that put so much effort into helping those of us who know less, it is greatly appreciated.
