Need Help !!!

Hello guys,

I would love to hear you feedbacks on mainly two subjects:

First:

I'm starting a new Test and Winny cycle, never done that before and i heard that i must start with Test first to get big then i mix it with Winny for cutting and shaping.

would love to hear some opinions as well as an advice on the best way to take it, I'm 8% fat mainly the fat is in my trunck area and dying to see my 6 packs, i can see the first two though .

Second:
i have a good body but my chest is flat, it never gets pumped or bigger, i have a big shoulders I'm not sure if this is the reason, i love to have a big chest but nothing is working not even with a professional personal trainer.

Any idea ?
