I just noticed I have been welcoming all the new members and I have not introduce myself. Here it goes...
I was skinny as a kid, until I got to middle school then I gained a lot of weight over the summer. I joined all the teams on high school and I was in great shape, I was actually playing Soccer, Football, Volleyball and Baseball. I never really learn much about the sports, I was just there for the training and the booze!
So, I guess my body just got used to eating a lot of food, I was also burning a lot of calories so, once I got done with High School I started gaining weight. College went by and between that and my two jobs I didnt have time to do any physical activity.

Not the ideal, but I am READY to change that fat for muscle. I gain muscle really fast even tho I have an endomorph build. The problem for me has always been the diet part. I don't eat too much, I think I just eat the wrong foods and the wrong macros. Being hispanic usually comes with a love for carbs, tortillas, Mexican fried rice, etc..
Anyway, here I am now, trying to pic your brains and finally make a diference
