    Greetings from 'Sunny' QLD, Australia....

    (It isn't that sunny sadly)

    I am new here and thought it proper to say 'Hi'.

    Why am I here? To access a massive database of experience and knowledge to make my first anabolic journey an easy one. I had a legal program about 10 years ago to aid my recovery after a serious accident but this is my first cycle that I chose to do.

    Age: 31
    Weight: 90kg/198lbs
    Height: 178cm/5ft 10in
    Steroid : 50mg ED of Test Prop

    Goals: I was in Army and Navy Academy boarding school, pretty much straight in the army, climbed the ranks, special forces selections at 21 etc etc. I was elite, the best of the best and I had the mindset and physique to match. It was all great till my daughter was killed in a pretty bad accident. I was also very badly injured. Since then I have 'let myself go', losing muscle mass and strength. I moved back to my birth country of Australia to 'reset' myself. I have an impeccable diet, I have been lifting a solid program for 3 months now and I am motivated like there is no tomorrow. My problem is that my mind and my soul are motivated like a 24 year old Army Ranger but my body is definitely not. I spend ridiculous amounts of time recovering and it is harming my progress. To have everything locked down tight only to be hampered by recovery is annoying and demotivating so I have turned to anabolics.

    with the knowledge here and with my medical knowledge and training I believe that I can reach my goals of becoming the man I was again and improving upon that. I dont have specific figures to reach, maybe 113kg/250lbs but I want to be strong as well as look good. You can be an average 250 or you can be a tight and superhuman 250. I want to be there again.
