    Hi I just registered and hope i can find help, God knows I need it.

    Hi I found this site years ago in high when i took a cc of deca and wanted to know more lol, I was a senior in High School during football season. And that was the extent of my AS use. Since then I've been exercising and eating healthy for several years and still havent got the results from my body that Ive always dreamed about. Im 27 now and want to make a dramatic change to my body. And I think I have what I need in my hands as I sit here typing... I hope to post my progress as this will be week 1 of a cycle Im going to start. Diet and workout log along with progress pics from start to finish.

    Im thankful for this site and its info...
