I'm 31 and have been lifting on and off since high school. I've finally decided to start taking my training seriously and have been sober for over a year and have my diet on lockdown. I'm 6' 0" and weigh 230lbs. I've only run Daa and PH cycles in the past but I'm more than likely going to make the jump to injectables after reading all the positive posts and for fear of PH cycles murdering my liver. Anyways I'm here to learn, if there's one thing I've figured out over the years about nutrition and weight training, it's that you can never know enough. I'm excited to keep on gaining!
