    Hello Everyone!

Let me start by saying "Hello". I am really new to the whole body building scene. I want to gain muscle because i'm very self conscious about my weight and looks. I'm not doing this for the sole sport of body building but for personal gain and satisfaction. Let me give you a little background story.

I am 21 years of age, and my birthday is in about two weeks. Last i checked, i only weigh a little under 100 pounds with a height of 5'6-5'7. Or i'm a little over 100 pounds soaking wet lol. Now, i have a little muscle mass in me, but it's my size i'm really concerned with. People say i am "ripped" but i have no mass to my structure. Now i can do push-ups and lift 20 pound weighs all day but i see no results and haven't for a while. I come from a very small family (size wise) My mom JUST passed the 100 pound mark about 3 weeks ago lol and she's in her late forties.

This is me, about two months ago:

What i'm really looking for, is what juice to take (what product) (orally or inject), how much per day, and for how long. If any of you guys (maybe started out like me) could give me the best advice possible, it would be much obliged and i hope (and plan) on staying on these forums for a while. Thanks again, and i hope i'm welcome here :P

Welcome, not to rain on your parade but your too young for "juice". Bad all around, take some advice from the others here, and hit the nutrition section. You can make some significant gains just from diet and training.

Welcome aboard bro! Like everyone else said, hit up the different nutritional and AAS threads and take everyone's advice, they all know and have done research themselves. My perspective, eat & eat big! read, lift, learn & grow! then think about AAS... just my thought.
