I ordered Test E 500 MG from a Hulk lab...

I've been taking 1 cc of it twice a week.

Does that mean I've actually be taking 1000 MG a week?

If I have how do I downgrade to the proper dosage?

If you really did purchase Test E @500mg per ml.
Then you could simply do a 1/2 ml to get 250mg.

But Test E @500mg / ml is probably going to carry a nice little kick after injection

As stated, repost in the aas q&a section. Include your stats and training & cycle experience. Judging from your question though my guess is you have no cycle experience at all.
