    40yr old looking for sound advice before jumping in

    Hey all. I'm 40, 5'10, 175 lb looking to tone up, and add a bit of muscle mass 15-25 lbs max. I do a moderate workout 3 times a week and play tennis twice a week. I can feel father time taking away what i could do 5-7 years ago. I'm ready to fight back!

    I've done some researching for my first cycle and have kind of narrowed it down to a D-bol / HGH cycle. Not sure I'm cool with injecting myself but have not seen any powder or oral HGH that seem legit. Any recommendations or comments are appreciated.
