    Hey guys! I'm competing at the North Americans in 2 weeks...these pics are 4 weeks out. I have drastically changed my physique over the years and hormones have been a big part of that. I hope to contribute my knowledge and services to the boards! thanks!

    Wow is all I can say. I am strongly considering the 2014 Masters competition in my local area. This would be my first show. Training and diet have been going very well. IF you had one bit of advice for a novice or first time'er, what would it be? I have this fear of making a fool of myself.
