    New member stop me from killing my body

    Alright hey guys

    -18 years old
    -been training since i was 15
    -have chrons disease
    -biggest flare up lost 20kg around 30lbs
    -currently sitting at 150lbs
    -been to doctors and specialists
    -they say some ppl with this condition arnt meant to be big
    -ive tried diets i have been lifting for years and researching however nothing is letting me putting on srs mass
    -nutritionist doesnt help because they just say the shit i already know
    -i have considered steroids because nothing is working but i came here for a second opinion.

    current diet right now is anything and everything i am desperate

    Welcome to the community. 18 is way too young for a cycle. Post your current diet in the nutrition forum and your current training program in the training forum. Unless you have bloodwork indicating a problem you will make gains once you get on track.

    Welcome. I am totally new to AAS and at the other end of the age scale but from what I've read here about growth stunting in adolescents, not to mention possibly screwing up your natural testosterone production, do as the experienced members already advised and wait some.

    Welcome, I myself am 19 years old and know It's too early for AAS. Develop some knowledge then decide if you really want to do it or not.

    Welcome.. sorry to hear of your issue. Make sure your diet is good. My brother in law deals with something slightly similar.

    I think you should take the advise of your specialist and give it some time, you have plenty of it. Steroids at your age could give you serious complication, so when your in your early 20's you could have many more problems then you have now!

    But what do you suggest i do now? I am finding it so hard to gain weight? should i drinking a ton of whole milk everyday? I hear that works well
