PLEASE HELP. Really bad spots! :(

I have recently finished a course of sus and dec and didn't do a PCT. it was my first course and I was told I wouldn't need to do 1??...

But the thing is my shoulders have broken out in the worst spots I have ever had!.. Does anyone know why this is?.. Will it happen again if I take steroids and how do I get rid of them?!.. Help please!

how old are you, and what was your protocol?

I'm 24, I'm rather slim and find it really hard to maintain my weight. So I thought of hitting the sus and dec to gain and then come off with and hopefully keep most gains.

But I have lost all gains and just been left with a back full of spots that really hurt and make me self conscious....

Any ideas on how to get rid of them?..

And If I do my research for next time and do another course, will I get spots this bad again?...

Welcome, unfortunately your education about cycles has caused you distress. You should know what you are putting in your body before the consequences already had occurred. The members here are great in helping, but don't expect them to hand feed you a cycle without you doing research for yourforself. Your age and improper use of this cycle is the cause of your out break. Knowldge is power

    Hyperpigmentation. Rare. Good luck.

I have that too but not as extreme. It comes and goes. Gets a lot worse when I'm on. I didn't know it had a name thanks austinite. AI or not, it still comes heavy when I'm on.

I have a question for you, designed not to bust your balls but to make you think about the importance of food in this:

" I'm rather slim and find it really hard to maintain my weight."

So... What made you think you could maintain even more weight? Of course you lost your gains. It was all water and fat. Any lbm you gained will go away too if youre not supporting it with a proper diet. You want to be 200lbs? Start eating like a 200lb man. Egg before the chicken son.

Random thought: That's the 2nd time this year I called a 20something 'son' I must be old!

Ps if you look at my upper arm in my av you can see that its bumpy. I play with lighting and contrast to make it less visible for my fan pics but its there. J

These are what I'm starting with. We can look into it together. I'm pretty sure I have this, hyperpigmentation. I do not have addisons. Whew. GL.

Thanks Java man!. Do you think it could be also to do with skipping the pct? As its would have sent my hormones wild? (was told I didn't need to do it as it was first course).
As its not really a colour or bumpyness, it's raw whiteheads! Lol
