Just wanted to introduce myself, I am a new member, mid 40's, and recently had spine surgery. Looking to becoming more active again, and strengthing my core/back. I am open to learning so tips, and advice from the senior members." I would like to learn more about proper diet, supplements, and workout tips. I hope to alleviate my back pains and get back into great shape again. Thank you, for accepting me into your community. I did some self research, and this is how I found out about your app/website. Thank you in advance... NYC Area...

I'm very new to the game. I was always active in martial arts, sports and running. I've pretty much have had the frame/build of a martial artist. Now, I'm a little bit limited because of my spine surgery. I'm Approx 163 pounds, 5' 6" in height. Kind of out of shape now. Any ideas or recommendations to get the ball rolling for me? I would like to put a some muscle size on, have a stronger midsection/core, and stay lean. Any help or ideas would greatly be appreciated....

welcome! strengthening your low back/core can only do so much for a disk injury. if you do some research on mobilizing your hips and thoracic spine, you will greatly reduce any chances of re-injury.

Thank you Hulk Smash! Will do. What do you think about doing a cycle of a low grade? Never did one before, but I'm interested. I was reading up on anavar.
