I'm very new to the game. I was always active in martial arts, sports and running. I've pretty much have had the frame/build of a martial artist. Now, I'm a little bit limited because of my spine surgery. I'm Approx 163 pounds, 5' 6" in height. Kind of out of shape now. Any ideas or recommendations to get the ball rolling for me? I would like to put a some muscle size on, have a stronger midsection/core, and stay lean. Any help or ideas would greatly be appreciated....
