Just wanted to make sure I'm not missing something. If you want to message another user (once your post count is over 50), you just click on their username and in the dropdown menu it should say "send email"?? Because for me, that only shows up for like 5% of users, and not for the other 95%. Is this how it is for you guys as well?

Great, thats really helpful. The admin will have to work on that for me then, because that option doesn't appear for me. When I click on Crazy Mike it says "send email" but if I click on Gaspaco's name that option doesn't appear. Strange...
