    Need to gain weight!

Hi, guys im new here and been working out for a year now. Im 19 and weight 135 after year of lifting weights! I tried everything and was so desperate i even got a personal trainer for a 3 months and still no results. I eat about 3500 calories a day. I've now decide to try steroids and wanted to know whats the best ones to gain a lot of mass for a beginner. I need to everything to take for 1 cycle example pct and stuff. I started doing my research and theres a lot of stuff available.

Welcome to the community. Wait til age 25 for steroids. In the meantime research aas and learn how to eat & train properly. Unless you have a medical issue you should gain well for now without aas once you know how.

Welcome, I feel your pain dude. I am the definition of a hard gainer, and every ounce of muscle I possess I had to work twice as hard for as most guys. But it definitely teaches you how to be extremely dedicated and persevere in your training. Keep at it man, and the gains will start coming.

If you have any desire to get taller, don't take AAS at your age. AAS can also effect the development of your HPTA and endocrine system (important for getting erections and sexual functioning).

Have you tried GOMAD? Its a protocol mentioned in Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Basically do large compound lifts and try to drink a gallon of full fat milk a day. In my experience liquid calories are a lot easer to get down than solid.

For more info check out "My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle" by Austinite in the Q&A section. (sorry can't post links yet)

Welcome. Visit the Nutrition forum and let the vet's there guide you. Also visit Marcus's Diary and read it from the beginning for some great education on modern training. You have plenty of room to make a lot of progress before you even look at AAS.

Honestly think your #s might be off a touch. 3500 calories is what I eat and I am SLOWLY gaining at 184lbs. Your 19 and have a lot of growing still to do. I weighed 135 lbs when I graduated HS and the highest I have ever been is 197. Its a long slow race but its fun. So stay off the gear till at least 25. I waited till I was 32 and done with kids and honestly looking back it seems like last week I was getting out of HS.

    Height?

Something is off with diet. My guess is your not eating 3500cals a day everyday. Or you have a health issue.

Eat more. That's the advice I was given. Track your macros, get a weight gainer, and work on heavy lifts. I've gained 10 pounds In the last 2 weeks eating more, eating smarter, and lifting harder than ever. These guys really know their stuff, always feel free to ask questions and if you take their advice it'll pay off. Keep it up man

Its almost 100 pages of posts, so by the time youre done reading it you'll be at least 25. Then you can start reading the rest of this forum. You'll be well over 100 by the time youre finished, you can claim crazy mikes title and you won't care about gaining weight anymore.

Seriously, it took me 7 or 8 years to go from 135ish to 190. I had to get fat and old to gain the other 40. Eat. Train. Read. I was 6' tall at 135lbs so I know where you are. I was probably skinnier than you.

Thanks guys will wait till I'm 25. What are good Workout plans I noticed that if I lift heavy with less rep I'm more sore then if I lift light with more reps.

There is no way you weigh 135 and are eating 3500 cals a day with no weight gain. BS. I am 6'1" around 220 and I grow great on 3500 cals daily. Download my fitness pal to your phone and count your calories. I bet you a dollar you are hitting half those calories.
