probably 15% body fat
440 deadlift, 345 ATG squat at the moment. Right now my fitness goals are to hit 500 on dead, 405 on squat, 225 bench press for 10+ reps and be able to grab a basketball rim clean with both hands(will need to cut body fat to keep vertical jump up). Going to continue my caloric surplus to hit my strength goals and then cut down. Once my body fat is low, might hop on the dark side, but we'll see how that all goes haha.
