I am new here and new to all of this.

Keep fit naturally most most life by working hard as a tradesman and training hard also. As I am getting older and due to a month in hospital with bacterial food poisoning from asia I have decided some help getting my game back and then taking it to a new level is on the cards.

I am looking at gains, no need for real speed gains. I want solid gains with help in muscles soreness and test balance. I will do some research here first before asking any annoying green gilled questions but if anyone has any tips feel free to wise me up.
