Hello Guys and Girls.
Been looking on this forum for afew months and thought it was time to join up!
Been in the gym for just over a year, first of all it was for fitness, then it turned into a "way of life" I make sure I go every day for at least and hour and half!
Been lifting seriously for around 4 months.
I was all for steroids and that, but being 20 and reading numerous posts on here, I think I would rather just get advice from everyone on about my diet ect before I start on that!
My stats are
76.6KG
5'9 ish
Max reps so far
100KG Bench
180KG Deadlift
I will be going to the gym this evening, so I will get some more max reps of things so people can gauge my performance.
