Hey guys thanks for taking a look at this. Im a 22 year old 210lb male that has lifted off and on ever since I was 12. I got started lifting through football and was immediately hooked. I have recently graduated and am interested in getting more definition than my body has ever naturally allowed. Ive always been pretty strong especially on my lower half but have never been "ripped." I recently have gotten a stack of test and D-Bol. I really dont have someone to help me through it and am seeking some advice. If you guys could help that would be great.
