Thread: hi everyone need some help

    hi everyone need some help

    I am a 32 yo male who for the last 14 years have been stuck at 160 lbs i am looking to bulk up and mass out and would like to do it kinda quick i have tried all weight gainers supplements even the south beach diet i eat almost 5 times a day and still cant gain weight any suggestions on how to put weight on muscle mass and slow my metabolism. I work out everyday i wrestle and grapple and also do some amateur MMA so i am fit just really small thanks for any suggestions

    lol i appreciate that i have tried that as well and have gained maybe a half a pound trust me i am very known at the all you can eat buffets around here

    What is your TDEE and how many calories above that do you consume daily?

    i consume approx 5000 calories a day to 7000 and my tdee is not that high i work out 5 days a week but my job is on my feet constant movement i do recieving all hand unloading trucks

    Wow, that is quite a bit of food. How are your macros split?

    Welcome I'm having trouble understanding how on earth you consume 5000 to 7000 calories in a day. Not to mention doing 5000 cal. consistently. It would seem to me that you have more of a problem then what you are thinking. Now I will say, that this is my opinion without knowing more ...crazy mike

    ditto Mike's post. That's a lot of calories to not be gaining. Sounds like something else may be going on. Everyone is going to suggest you consult the nutrition section and get blood work done. Without blood work, you are kind of shooting in the dark. Good luck and welcome. There is a lot of good information here.
