Hi,
I'm 33 y.o - 6.1 / 214lb ex track and field pro athlete and army guy, came to US 10 years ago. I always had a good looking body until last year - I stop working out and gain 22 lb from 192 to 214 ( Looking unattractive ). I started working out again on Sep.3 2013 ( 7 days a week ) Very, Very motivated. I have run 8 x 2.5 miles every other day + 11 gym sessions. Currently 204 lb. I've lost 10 lb so far and most importantly I feel amazing - Sun is rising again on my street.
I am obsessed with Austinie's threats so far I've read 30% of his masterpieces.
