    Newbie to anabolics

Wassup everyone, like many others i have finally come to terms with that after many years of hard work and effort at the gym. I have come to realize i never achieved the results i always wanted. I can lift mad weight but just never got the size i needed. I have done extensive work and research on how to diet and it did pay off allot. I think after years of consideration i am going to pull the trigger. I could use some direction though.

    5"8"
    172
    9% body fat

I run one or two marathons per year but i try not to over due it because i can loose mad weight by running or staying home watching tv all day and eating donuts i still loose weight. I constantly have to be training to stay at a decent weight. I used to be in the military many years ago and i never stopped working out.

Although i have decided already to take the next step i have no idea how since i am in California.

    Thanks fellas

maybe you're training too much? It doesn't really make sense that you have to constantly train to stay at a decent weight, that's where muscle is broken down, you probably need to eat more and rest more often. You put on weight when recovering, not training.

OP, ya know maybe it is the time but I would strongly go over how you train and not how much. You can gain a lot of muscle by training smarter than longer and more. Also I wonder about your rest and sounds like you are a cardio man. If you are going to do this you must make sure you know how to train for MASS. Just a though Good luck ...crazy mike

Oh, holy crap, welcome aboard !! ...cm
