Hey all another newb introducing himself. I've lurked through this site for 2 years now and learned quite a bit. Enough that has steered me away from anabolics for the moment. At least untill I've hit my target weight and closer to 25. I'm 22 and have been lifting since 17. I've naturally gained 40lbs since I started. And still slowly growing. I'm 5,6 160lbs. And my overall goal is to be a stout 185 - 190. I eat 2900cal a day, 184g protein, 255g carbs, 55g fat. BULKING![]()
