    whoop whoop

I am a college athlete. Im 22. I am 5' 11'' and 175. About 18% body fat. I am just coming off two injuries and I lost almost 15 lbs but I am looking forward to starting my second cycle and getting gaining more than before. Any ideas on a cycle would be appreciated

Welcome. You are too young to be cycling. You need to learn what you don't know about steroids and Testosterone levels, Estrogen levels using AI for estrogen control along with PCT to finish with. As well as much more. Read the sticky's when you come in and read the young and steroids. ...crazy mike

PS: your are to light and could gain weight with the proper diet and wkout plan

Hey Mike. I've already ran one cycle of test. I did a pct of natural test and estrogen blocker. Ive been doing a lot of research on steroids and cycle's. I read up on it becuase all the risks terrify me. I understand that if I do it too soon or do not do it right it could have terrible side effects that could effect me in the future. Also i read the sticky's already. Most of them say that around 21 -23 you should be fully developed.

I am a college baseball player and had to sit out this fall due to injuries and some surgery. Before everything i was on a strict diet and workout plan. I was up to 190. I need to get back where i was. The right way. Not the way thats going to just further injure me.

Ps. I see you are from Micanopy. I am from gainesville. I am in need of a personal trainer. Any ideas?

Ha, From G'ville very cool man. Well I'm sorry that I may have jumped the gun on my assessment of you. We get so many young guys who think the know so much and start too soon. Have you ever gotten BW done? If not you need to.

Are you still playing ball and what is you main objective and goals this makes a lot of difference as to how you train. I know of a trainer at my gym but he is very intense and doesn't train body builders. Mostly strength and speed. I have no idea the cost. Myself I tell you I could use a good partner when I get back in shape. I've been off about 6 weeks now and lost some considerable weight by not eating and not going to the gym. I don't quite look like my AV picture at this time. It's funny my stats when took off and got injured two weeks ago I was 5-10 and 195 lbs. I would like to know what your strength stats are now. ?

    Bench
    Incline bench
    squats
    Shoulder press
    Standing curls
    standing triceps

This at least tell me your level at this time, like right now. If you don't mind.

My PM is not working at this time and you'll have to get to 50 posts before you can PM. If you want to talk get on here when you can sit for a half hour or more. Say something to me, I'll post back and go from there. I'll be on and off today after 11:30 am. ...crazy mike

Ha its no problem. Ive read a bunch of reviews where some 18 year old is asking about running a cycle and havent done any background resesrch. So I see why you jumped the gun. I'm not sure what BW is. But i'm still playing, I partially tore my rotators cuff at the begining of the summer. So my max is pretty low right now. Two weeks ago i got released to start working out at completely.

I havent maxed out yet, i have only bee doing light weight but im going to try to max this week.
My bench is probably down to 195 right now.yea i know, thats pathetic.
Squats are prob down to 225.
    Standing curls 45
And i have no idea on the rest

My plan is to get back in shape and get ready to play in the spring. Im a pitcher so my main priority is my arm. But as far as the workouts go im just looking for a typical full body workout. And thanks for your help man I really appreciate it

Thanks now for SOME reply. As stated I am dropping it and am sorry you are having problems. I will admit that I have many myself so now I understand.

Also in fact I have a problem, when I turned my PM off for a break I have never been able to open my settings there is a glitch in the system. I hope it gets fixed even for the purpose of those who need or want my help. I'll still be around.

Thank you again and have a great day. ...crazy mike

If you're a pitcher, and you are cycling and gaining weight, you probably added to much size to your arm and the joints wpnt handle that well when throwing those fastballs. There is so much work you can do to improve your arm without adding to much size to it. Also should be spending time on rotator exercises to reduce the risk of future injury.

Either way, welcome to the board and be careful not to get the wrong help. It can happen

I myself have dealt with a bad rotary cuff from a dislocation while skiing in the State Championships. As my age and with other injuries I'm quite familiar with working and strengthening these areas. Too much mass you know can hinder an athletes movements SOMETIMES. So like myself I need to train not only just for mass but what will enhance the sport we are competing in that time of our lives. Since I've trained a few winning BB competitor's years ago as well as high school athletes, I also think you need the right training during. off season. I did focus on that when I owned my gym in South Fl.

Get healthy as son as you can, good luck. Remember I am n recovery NOW with my back. There is time left. ...crazy mike
