Hey guys,

I am a new member.... So here is Post number one.

Just wanted to introduce myself.

Been lifting for about 3 years. 1 year seriously. Feel I have learned a lot more recently and truly learned what going to muscle failure feels like. Currently on an undulating periodisation program to try and up my lifts.

I am currently a natty. 29 yo 5ft7 ca 180lbs at around 12-13% bf. That's around 30lbs heavier than in my early 20s. Interested in taking a look around for several months before I decide what path I want to follow. Located in Canada.

Any way, that's my intro.
