Hello All! New guy to this forum but not to the lifting world. I have stepped into the gym 3 month ago after a 9 year lay off due to spinal surgeries when I crushed 3 discs back in 2002 while calf raising with 315. I am completely new to all advancements in science as I was a juicer with Test Cyp and When I could get it, the good Ole Sust 250. Im looking forward to meeting anyone in the MD/DC/VA/PA area and on here to help me get back into the swing of things as the time aprroaches itself. Please feel free to give advice or any messages and I look forward to reading and learning.
