    Anabolic greetings to all

    Hi from South-Africa,

    I'm 1.85m and 82kg currently "4 weeks in" on a cycle after 12 months off the juice. Cant wait to get to know some guys with a technical approach to their training and dosing.

    Thanks, have been getting all sorts of different advice from guys who got results that I just did not achieve. Wanna bulk up to about 90kg, but finding it difficult even with a mad protein intake and juice. Im a difficult grower

    Euro shows his age! I lived in Rhodesia early 60's before Robert Mugabi! Check Zimbabwe now. Sad!

    Im 24 my mate is 65 Rhodesia sounds like a awsome place from all the stories i hear about it. Shame they had to ruin it!!!!

    Thanks for the welcoming, yeah sad about Zimbabwe/Rhodesia. In SA we are concerned the same thing might happen here, but if it does we wont go quietly
