Hey everyone!
im a 22 year old athlete, i have been lifting since i was about 13 but it was just for fun then but i have been training seriously for the past 4 years. i have been a personal trainer the last 2 and i'm finishing up my degree in exercise science right now. i really just want to learn what i can from people with some experience with anabolics seeing as i really have none. i intend to try a cycle but probably not anytime real soon. not that interested in blowing up or getting huge. the one thing that has always held me back has been recovery and nagging injuries because the intensity i usually train at is very high (at least for me). so any info on the basics is very much appreciated!
