    hello

    hey guys, new here. im from italy so im sorry if not speaking so well, btw im 18, 5'11 x 190 lbs at 15% bodyfat
    i train from march 2012 . when i started i was 150 lbs at 10% so i had good results in this year and half. now i started a test+nandrolone cycle (10 days ago) and decided to register here to share my experience with you guys
