30 Years old 250lbs 6'2
overweight looking to lose some weight and gain a lot more muscle mass
Bench 230
Squat 225
Dead Lift 275
Been lifting seriously for 2 years.
Been watching my diet pretty strictly here as of late and attempting to shave some lbs but im getting discouraged. Because im no longer gaining or losing weight.

Going to a body pod sometime this week probably to see what my BFI is.
I feel abs under this fat... there screeming to get out. lol.
Any one else use my fitness pal to track there diets?
