Hello everybody! Feels great to have a voice after reading posts for over 10 years. I'm not sure what took me so long to join but that was yesterday news! First off, Thanks for the advice and priceless no bull knowledge. This is by far the best site for it's ease use and information.
I come to you for support and to share my experiences. I am 35 years old and have been training on and off for 15 years. when I was 20 years old I was 155 (6' 2") felt and looked like crap! After a 5 year failed relationship I decided to change my life. I made a goal of 200+ over a years time. With some skills learned from books, web, my brother and friends I was on a mission. I was eating 6 times a day every 3 hours like a clock. Lot of water some milk and OJ. Two shakes a day and some other basic vitamins about 4,500 cal with 1.5 Gr protein per lb body weight.
As for juice.. I worked out for 1 month with a 11LB gain. That got me ready for my first deca and Test stack. 200mg CYP and 300mg Deca per week for 10 weeks..massive gain of 33 lbs for a total of 44LBs in three and half months so now I am 199 LBs. Took off juicing for two months and it was hard as my gains and strength were at a stand still. However, I didn't lose a pound and I turned any fat into muscle over that time. I was strong! My next stack was the same but 400mg CYP and 600MG deca weekly for 12 weeks. I hit the gym like a beast ready for war! at the end of 12 weeks I was 220 and looked like was about ready to kill someone. Were talking from 155 to 220 in 6 months!
After 6 months I was working out 6 days a week, 3 hours a day in the morning from 5:30 to 8:30 and eating 6,000 cal 2 gram of protein per LB body weight. I layed off juice for another two months and lost about 5 lbs over that time. I also was not as strong and it got harder and harder each day to keep this rate up. At the end of the two months I was 215lbs and ready for my next cycle.
I took 300mg test cyp and 400mg deca every 5 days for 12 weeks. I was strong and big as hell! 235Lbs 34 inch waist at 6'2 with 18 inch arms. I proved to myself I was able to do what seemed like an impossible feet. It was a ton of work and was never easy. Eating alone was the biggest challenge and you really need to make it part of your life. No matter what you need to eat every 3 hours! NO EXCUSES!!!
Now, 15 years after my total body change I am married, two kids 5 and 2. A house a great none stressful low energy job making great money. Time to change my body again! This is why I come to you for help and inspiration. I proved I have what it takes to make great gains in the past. After growing up life changes you and I've tried many times to pick a bar back up with no great outcome. I did stay in pretty good shape. We hike alot and stay active as a family and my kids are into fitness and nutrition even at 2 years old.

I am sitting a goal of 260 for mass and 245 trim over the next year. I am on test cyp for while being treated for low test as it runs in my family both my father and two brother are also taking it. I am on 200mg per week injection. I can go up to 300mg for the next 3 months until I have to get more labs. I get more prescribed to me then I use each month and also self inject so this is not a problem.
I am posting this to get advice and to help me track progress and also maybe shed light on those who think they "can't gain weight" thats bull! most people don't eat or train hard enough and for that they have the body they deserve!
I look forward to the next year I will share with you as I'm sure I will have good and bad days..
