    Let me introduce myself

    Was a long time reader of the forum and decided to actively participate in the interesting discussions people have here..

    I'm 34 years old with 4 years of training under my belt...at around 5 years ago my weight was around 350 pounds at around 6'3. My all time low was this summer at around 185.

    At the moment im around 15% bodyfat and engaged a quiet famous international coach that is working in my gym to start my first cycle and to prepare for the first competition (physique class) I would like to participate next September.

    Hope to profit as much as I can from this forum.
