22 yrs old clen looking to lose a lot of fat
I'm 22 years old an vert overweight. Looking at losing close to 100lbs. I am doing about 50-60min of cardio 6x per week and strength training for 30-60min 3-4x per week. I started a clen cycle with good success so far (15lbs in two weeks). Going for another two weeks with the clen, stop for two weeks and start another cycle etc. I am about to start using some pre workout (c4) and protein (mrm). In addition to the clen I'm taking some cla 1250. Is it a good idea to do the clen with pwo? Any other advice? Suggestions? I'm new, be easy on me.
