As requested, I am posting a quick intro of myself here.
I am a 50 years old male, 6’ 2”, 210 and currently about 15% body fat. I am in the gym 4-5 days a week. After injuries (torn knee meniscus, torn bicep tendon) forced me out of other sports, I found the gym about eight years ago. I went and got certified as a personal trainer, though I don't practice. Now I am looking to grow is size slowly and steadily from year to year.
