Hi there, just want to introduce myself. I'm a 33 y/o male with a background in competitive sports. Played some pro level rugby a few years back but injuries forced retirement. Now I'm really into crossfit. I used a few cycles back in my playing days but that was years ago and I recently did a couple cycles at very low/theraputic levels to rehab an injury. Being on made me remember how good it feels and I want to do a fair amount of research before I try some more serious cycles. At the moment I'm just using a low dose of test-p to help cope with recovery for the high volume training of crossfit (100mg every other day). Looking forward to getting some good advice! Thanks guys!
