    when does prolactin build-up hit?

    from a progesterone like deca ? Do you guys think it's better to keep caber/prami on hand and wait to see if you run into problems, or take them regardless...or maybe wait until 2 months into cycle to begin taking them...

    Keeping it on hand is good. Control estrogen and you are likely to control prolactin.
