I'm Dex...out of Seattle. Stats: 34, 5'10", 240-260, BF% 18-22, no cycling experience
I've been playing semi-pro football for 10+ years, so am very familiar with gym/nutrition regimen. I was injured last year, gained about 30-40 pounds post surgery. Dropped most of the weight, but can't get the same strength and endurance back that I once had.
Hoping to get some advice on Test cycles and get back into game shape.
