Age 22, been lifting semi serious for 4 years, got much more serious the last year and a half.
5'7" 176lbs ~15% BF. Had experience with an odd Epistane cycle 6 months ago and a botched test cycle that got cut short after a month about 3 months ago. Both were guided more by "bro knowledge" and less by the science I have learned here, so looking to learn more before I start anything else. Currently trying to combat residual gyno left over from the cycles, any advice? I did some research and plan on Ralox 60mg per day until it goes away. Anything else I should do?
