    Testosterone/ Dbol

    Hey whats up Im gonna keep this direct and short. Working out couple years. 37 years old, high body fat like 20% 225 Bench, 405 Deadlift, 315 Squat. 5 days cardio (3 days steady stat 30 min, 2 days 1 hour interval) 6 foot, 210 lbs. Calories range between 2500 and 2900, high protein. Only supplements Whey protein.
    Soo AAS cycle, what you guys think? To be honest my opinion is with a couple good basic cycles, increase in lean mass, cosequently will speed up metabolism and body fat will continue to decrease as it has been. Some feed back please

    Just my .02 I understand your reasoning to increase metabolism as you put it. But with higher side effects on a cycle correlating to body fat, you could actually stunt your metabolism. Wait till your around 15% then it will have more than the effects your looking for.

    First thing, I am no doctor. But looking at it from a basic standpoint. Most people view your metabolisim as a generitic trait of how much you burn per day or some sort of this. You got the basic idea add muscle to raise your daily maint. calories limit. However this isnt true when you change all the hormones of your body. For example, you do 12 weeks of test (what ever ester) 500mg a week and you lose 5% body fat. Awesome but your hormones were changed a lot to lose that fat. So now your doing pct, your first keep in mind, with no idea how quickly or what your body will do/look like recovering. Lets say you recover semi fast 8 weeks your back to normal good to go. 1-12 weeks you lost 5% great hormones etc from test, 12-20 weeks your hormone panel is shit (until you fully recover), you dont have perfect diet and you put back on 5%. Is this going to happen, who knows you might do great things on test. But, you might shut down and mess your hormones up to the point of taking longer to recover or trt. I'm confusing myself a little trying to say some without writing a book, simply saying - test and dbol great to gain muscle. I would not use any AAS with the sole goal of losing fat, and much less a first cycle when you have no idea what your body is going to do.

    Hey Jim thanks for your input, really appreciated. My sole goal isnt to lose fat necessarily my goal or theory rather (was hoping for confirmation actually) lol. Was that if I packed on a couple lbs. Of muscle the natural consequence of that would be diminished fat. Getting older and its really hard nowadays to change my body composition. However I have learned though, that taking advice and learning from others experiences can save a lot of time and hassles by avoiding mistakes.. So let me ask what your attack would be if you were in my shoes?

    Get some blood work done before anything. See where you stand. Do sone research on here, its easy to get a "privateMD screening." Cheap to. But from the standpoint of what you just said, test 500mg a week for 12weeks, arimidex, then nolva an clomid for pct. Should lean out a little on your current macros.

    You can add the dbol can't don't because I did for my first cycle. But it would be counter productive with a higher body fat.

    Alright sounds awesome its all academic for me at this point anyway, looking around I see a lot of potential for getting ripped off trying to buy anything, every dang forum is crammed with conflicting reviews on products, much less finding a source a person can trust. I went to a couple manufacturer websites and they have a "distributor verification" system.. But I cant say I trust that either. Speaking further on research it seems that (to me atleast) that these compounds generally affect people in different ways, but by and large Testosterone seems to have very manageable sides with an easy pct regimen. I think your right. Test alone asuming I find it, is best until I know how this stuff is gonna affect me. Once again man your really awesome for your time I appreciate you
