Thread: Hi, Im Rabbit!

    Hi, Im Rabbit!

I got that nick name in HS as a running back and it kinda stuck lol. I am 35 and after 12 years and several children I have gained a good, or should I say bad, amount of weight!! I used to be a USFS Wildland Firefighter, AD then Hotshot. Then to keep my family together I became and EMT-B and eventually and EMT-P. Now I am a Psych-tech for the state. My job puts me into situations where being leaner as well as stronger would be more than just a little beneficial. Because of this aspect of my job I began looking up supplements and I came across this site and I looked through the products and the different stacks and that's how and why I am here.

Welcome. There is lots of good info here. Everyone will say diet is the key, so that's a great place to start. The next step is the workout section. Lots of great threads on sets, reps, rest, volume, etc. Then look at the supplement section. Austinite has a great sticky there with everything you want to know about supplements. Best Wishes.
