Second cycle still not right

Hi guys, I'm on my second cycle and still not right .
My first time I went at it I got really hot the next day after my shot also tired (sick like)I went through hell on a 8 wk cycle up and down . then discovered a tiny soft lump (never hurt like people say.) so I stopped everything went on letro caps 2.5mg cleared up. (3wks)
I couldn't stay away so I tried it again . Second cycle
I started slow I did 125mg cyp Tuesday dbol 50mg Tuesday then after that dbol everyday . Cyp again that week on Friday 125mg then deca 150mg saturday . O sorry I started rem.5mg Tuesday also eod . Started to feel like crap one week later Monday. So with all the reading I thought my estrogen shot up from the drop of with lector and adding all the other stuff. Why I come to this conclusion is I have another soft lump again. So I started today taking rem .5 everyday . I guess my question is do you think my e2 is high . Also 2nd question has any one had a soft lump and it not hurt in the nipple area.

Post all you stats.
GET BLOOD WORK, I can guess or someone else can guess. Get blood work, post it and let the pro's determine. Their are thousands of things it "could be." Don't randomly self medicate.
