After 12 weeks of 250 mg/week of Test Cypionate I'm a mess

I am 52 and have gained 22 pounds and am at 11% body fat after 3 months. I have been taking 250 mg/week of Testosterone Cypionate and just got my T level checked last week because I wasn't feeling right. I am retaining a ton of water and actually having trouble breathing deeply.

On Wednesday (one day after injection) i was at 3,137.
On Friday I was at 1,951.
Estrogen was 111.2


Started an estrogen blocker today and stopping my cypionate injections.....but what can I do to avoid any additional negative side effects from stopping my T injections cold turkey?

I had the same problem with my HRT. My doc wanted my T levels to stay in the 1000 range. Started 200 mgs a week, then 300etc...Levels went up but I gained 30 pounds. Not desireable. Now I take bi weekly shots at about 60mg per hit. I to retained aton of water with the higher dose. I wouldn't go cold turkey. I would try the bi weekly routine at half the dose. Good luck.

Are you on TRT, did your doc tell you to use 250/wk?

250/wk for 12 weeks I'll bet your RBC and iron are elevated, that will make you feel like crap.

Don't quit cold turkey if your on TRT, you need to reduce your dose, 250 is too much, if your not on TRT you need all of your PCT drugs, I assume your also not on HCG.

Donate blood if you can.
